Yes. If your insurance policy includes rental car coverage, we work with your insurance company to help coordinate the rental vehicle process. Depending on your insurance provider and claim, your insurance company or claims representative will typically arrange your rental. Our team is happy to guide you through the process, and when available, we can help coordinate an Enterprise Rent-A-Car pickup at our facility. An Enterprise Rent-A-Car is conveniently located just two blocks away.

Yes. We provide free, in-person repair estimates. Contact us to schedule an appointment or visit our shop during normal business hours.
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship with a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions provided with your completed repair.

At this time, final repair estimates are completed in person so our team can properly inspect the vehicle and identify visible damage. You may email your insurance estimate and claim information to rembrandtcollision@gmail.com before your appointment.

Yes. You have the right to choose the repair facility you trust. Your insurance company may recommend a shop, but the final decision is yours.
Some collision damage may not be visible until the vehicle is disassembled. If additional damage is discovered, we will document it, prepare a supplemental estimate, communicate with your insurance company when applicable, and update you before continuing with additional repairs.

Appointments are recommended so we can give your vehicle the proper time and attention. Walk-ins are also welcome during normal business hours, subject to availability.

Yes. We believe communication is an important part of the repair experience. Our team will provide updates regarding repair progress, parts delays, insurance approvals, or any changes that may affect your expected completion date.
